when installing my car stereo i broke the stick on my antenna cable?
is there a way to just replace then end instead of replacing the whole antenna
I just had to do that to my girlfriend’s corolla. It’s Not that hard. Buy a cheap antenna. Cut the end off. Then cut back just the black rubber shielding. After that carefully peel back the silver shielding. You should see a little plastic tube with a hair thin wire in it. Very carefully cut the tube, without cutting the wire. Do the same to the antenna wire in the car. Now you have the 2 very thin wires exposed. You need to solder them together. carefully put the silver shielding and tape or heat shrink it to finish it up.
