What is "CD ERROR" represent or mean the team of my car?
I have a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder, and for about one year, my team has been to show "CD ERROR FOR" when trying to eject, insert or play a CD. I mostly ignored, but is now being nerves. I've also noticed mainly happens when I am on bad roads or bumpy and I am assuming that the CD skips or sticks so the stereo does not respond on bumpy roads. I found a web site to remove the stereo, but it costs $ 5 (much better compared to repair shops). So before buying the removal instructions, I want to know what exactly wrong with my stereo and shows why "CD ERROR" sign. Other than that, my radio and cassette player works well, is just the CD.
You say you have a cd player and radio recorder, so it sounds like you have Double Din unit. Well here are instructions on how to get the radio out and it's free.
